"My sister was not a complainer. She was a doer." – Kim Leadbeater, Jo's sister
At The Jo Cox Foundation, we forge meaningful partnerships to make a tangible difference on the issues Jo was passionate about.
We are guided by Jo’s conviction that we have more in common than that which divides us, and that compassion and optimism are signs of strength and not weakness.
Our small team work hard to support everyone who is determined to be part of practical efforts to advance the causes Jo championed. We know that by bringing people together to act we are greater than the sum of our parts.
Since September 2016 we have worked on a diverse range of issues including loneliness, the protection of civilians in conflict and supporting women to enter public life. Visit ‘What we have achieved’ to learn more.
