Announcement: Celebrating 3 years of The Jo Cox Foundation

Today marks The Jo Cox Foundation’s 3rd anniversary! To celebrate, we are excited to launch our new website, beautiful new logo and our first fundraising campaign since the Jo Cox Fund in 2016.

 

 

 

Your support has enabled the Foundation’s small, dedicated team to achieve an incredible amount over the last three years: a heartfelt thank you once again on behalf of Jo’s family. 

We’re so proud of what we have achieved together, and in these challenging times, Jo’s legacy continues to be a powerful force to unite people across divides. But we have a long way to go towards building the kinder, fairer world Jo fought for. And we need your help to enable us to get there.

To mark our 3rd anniversary, all donations made to the Foundation until 7th October will be matched by a generous group of donors. This is a unique opportunity to double your impact and help us in our mission to build stronger communities, a better public life and a fairer world in Jo's name.

With your support, we are determined to:

  • Support thousands more people across the country to bring their communities together year-round, reaching those most isolated and ensuring everyone feels a sense of belonging;
  • Set a national standard of civility through which politicians, the press, the police and the public treat one another with respect and compassion;
  • Honour Jo’s humanitarian legacy by advocating for the UK government to play its part in preventing atrocity and protecting civilians in the world’s most dangerous conflict zones..

As a small, ambitious team who truly believe that Jo’s legacy can continue to make a positive, tangible impact for years to come, we like to think we are - like Jo! - small but mighty. But we can’t do this alone. Your support will make this happen.
